Banana and Maple Ice Lollies

  • Banana 4 No. (Medium Size)
  • Greek Yoghurt 200gm
  • Heavy Cream 100 Ml (25-35% Fat Content)
  • Pure Maple Syrup 75ml
  • Desiccated Coconut 100 Gm



  • Peel the bananas and keep in sealed plastic bag and freeze overnight.
  • Grind the frozen bananas, greek yoghurt, pure maple syrup and blitz together till smooth. Then add the heavy cream and blitz once again.
  • Pour the mix into individual popsicle moulds and freeze.
  • Remove from the popsicle moulds and roll in desiccated coconut and serve .
