Maple Masala Paneer Tikka

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Paneer 250 gm
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Tandoor masala 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Pure maple syrup 1 tbsp
  • Thick curd 1/2 tbsp
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD:

  • Marinate the paneer with pure maple syrup and the rest of the ingredients. Rest for an hour
  • Using a grill pan or an oven or BBQ , grill the paneer on both sides until you gar a nice char and caramelization about 3 to 4 minutes on either side
  • Serve with green chutney
