- 200 g flour
- 20 g ghee
- 150 g Almonds and cashew nuts chopped well
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 250 ml vegetable cooking oil
- In a bowl mix almonds and cashew nuts along with ghee and flour. Mix well and slowly add pure maple syrup until you form a dough pliable enough to make cookies
- Remove a spoonful of the batter (1 ice cream sized scoop or 1 tablespoon will do) flatten to a one inch thick cookie and fly in cooking oil that has come to temperature.
- Serve hot.
