INGREDIENTS:
- 500 ml (2 cups) plain or maple yoghurt
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) maple syrup
- 1 can (284 ml) whole mandarin segments
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh blueberries
- 6 oatmeal cookies, crumbled
METHOD:
- Mix yoghurt with maple syrup.
- With a spoon, layer all the ingredients into 4 dessert cups or champagne glasses.
