INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
- 2 cups of 100% pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1 egg and 2 egg yolks
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 cup whole milk
METHOD:
- Add unsalted butter and Pure Maple Syrup in a bowl and mix them together
- Add the egg and the yolks one by one, beating as you do so
- Sieve the flour and pour it into the bowl along with baking powder
- Add milk and mix the batter
- Scoop out the batter in the moulds and bake them in the oven
- Drizzle pure maple syrup over the muffins
- Let them rest for about 15 minutes before you ice them with white chocolate ganache and sprinklers
