Maple Muffins


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
  • 2 cups of 100% pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 1 egg and 2 egg yolks
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup whole milk


  • Add unsalted butter and Pure Maple Syrup in a bowl and mix them together
  • Add the egg and the yolks one by one, beating as you do so
  • Sieve the flour and pour it into the bowl along with baking powder
  • Add milk and mix the batter
  • Scoop out the batter in the moulds and bake them in the oven
  • Drizzle pure maple syrup over the muffins
  • Let them rest for about 15 minutes before you ice them with white chocolate ganache and sprinklers
