- 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 30ml curry powder
- 80ml pure maple syrup
- 400ml coconut milk
- In a large frying pan, sauté the chicken in oil for 3 minutes over high heat, browning the chicken on all sides.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add 30 ml of curry powder, 80ml maple syrup and 400ml can of coconut milk.
- Cook for 4 minutes and serve.
