Maple Curried Chicken


  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 30ml curry powder
  • 80ml pure maple syrup
  • 400ml coconut milk


  • In a large frying pan, sauté the chicken in oil for 3 minutes over high heat, browning the chicken on all sides.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add 30 ml of curry powder, 80ml maple syrup and 400ml can of coconut milk.
  • Cook for 4 minutes and serve.
