Banana-Maple Soy Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  •  2 cups of soy milk
  •  2 bananas
  •  4-6 tablespoons Canadian maple syrup (extra light)
METHOD
  • Combine all ingredients and mix in a blender until bananas are pureed.
  • Pour into a glass.
