INGREDIENTS
- 2 kale leaves
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) almond flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) apple juice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) spinach
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender to a smooth puree.
- Add ice cubes, if desired, and blend again.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
