Maple Berry Ice Pops

Maple & Berry Ice Pops

INGREDIENTS
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
  • 750 ml (3 cups) plain yoghurt
  • one lime
  • 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) blueberries

 

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, combine 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup, 750 ml (3 cups) plain yoghurt and juice of one lime. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
  2. Mix one part with 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries that have already been washed and crushed in a blender. Wash blender and use it to mix the other part with 250 ml (1 cup) cleaned blueberries.
  3. Pour one mixture after the other into moulds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Makes 8 ice pops.
