INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
- 750 ml (3 cups) plain yoghurt
- one lime
- 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) blueberries
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup, 750 ml (3 cups) plain yoghurt and juice of one lime. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
- Mix one part with 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries that have already been washed and crushed in a blender. Wash blender and use it to mix the other part with 250 ml (1 cup) cleaned blueberries.
- Pour one mixture after the other into moulds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
- Makes 8 ice pops.
