Glass: Tall Glass

Garnish: Mint Spring, Orange Swirl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 ml Green Tea chilled
  • 20 ml Maple Syrup
  • 20 ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 2 Slices Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Slices Malta Orange
  • 1 pinch Salt

METHOD:

  • Take a Boston Shaker and muddle 2 slices of orange and ginger together
  • Add homemade ginger Syrup
  • And shake it and double strain in a Tall glass
  • Fill the glass with Ice and add maple syrup and Green tea and Stir Garnish & Serve 5.
