- Banana 4 No. (Medium Size)
- Greek Yoghurt 200gm
- Heavy Cream 100 Ml (25-35% Fat Content)
- Pure Maple Syrup 75ml
- Desiccated Coconut 100 Gm
- Peel the bananas and keep in sealed plastic bag and freeze overnight.
- Grind the frozen bananas, greek yoghurt, pure maple syrup and blitz together till smooth. Then add the heavy cream and blitz once again.
- Pour the mix into individual popsicle moulds and freeze.
- Remove from the popsicle moulds and roll in desiccated coconut and serve .
